آزمون سراسری سال 1396\r\n\r\nپیرو خبر منتشرشده در مورخ 96\/10\/5 معاونت توسعه مدیریت و پشتیبانی اداره کل ، ضمن تبریک و آرزوی موفقیت، داوطلبانی که اسامی آنان به عنوان معرفی شده چند برابر ظرفیت کلیه رشته&shy; های تحصیلی پردیس های دانشگاه فرهنگیان در مرحله تکمیل ظرفیت اعلام گردیده و همچنین معرفی شدگان رشته نیمه متمرکز آموزش تربیت بدنی پردیس های دانشگاه های فرهنگیان و تربیت دبیر شهید رجائی که در آزمون عملی رشته ذیربط شرکت نموده اند لازم است برای طی مراحل پذیرش، معاینه پزشکی و مصاحبه به شرح ذیل اقدام نمایند:\r\n\r\nالف) داوطلبانی که در شهریورماه سال جاری برای رشته های متمرکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان و دانشگاه تربیت دبیرشهیدرجایی معرفی شده و حدنصاب امتیاز مصاحبه را کسب نموده اند(فهرست ذیل) می بایست به همراه اصل کارت شناسایی (کارت ملی یا شناسنامه) از ساعت 8 الی 11 صبح روز چهارشنبه مورخ 96\/10\/13 به دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس فاطمه الزهرا(س) تبریز مراجعه و نسبت به تکمیل فرم پذیرش اقدام نمایند. عدم مراجعه به منزله انصراف از رشته های نیمه متمرکز و یا تکمیل ظرفیت، تلقی خواهد شد.\r\n\r\nمشاهده اسامی\r\n\r\nب) مطابق اطلاعیه مورخ 96\/10\/4 سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور، داوطلبانی که در شهریورماه سال جاری برای رشته های متمرکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان و دانشگاه تربیت دبیرشهیدرجایی معرفی شده اند لیکن به دلیل نداشتن شرط&quot; معدل، سن و معاینات پزشکی&quot; مطابق مفاد دفترچه شماره (2) راهنمای انتخاب رشته های تحصیلی، از سوی آموزش و پرورش مورد تأیید قرار نگرفته اند. چنانچه در ردیف معرفی شدگان رشته های نیمه متمرکز و یا تکمیل ظرفیت، قرار گیرند از مراجعه برای انجام فرایند مصاحبه به دلیل غیر واجد شرایط بودن، خودداری نمایند.\r\n\r\nج)مطابق اطلاعیه مورخ 96\/10\/4 سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور ، معرفی شدگان چند برابر ظرفیت رشته آموزش تربیت بدنی پردیس های دانشگاه فرهنگیان در آزمون سراسری سال 1396 در صورتی که در آزمون عملی مورخ 96\/9\/2 و 96\/9\/3 شرکت نموده اند، می بایست براساس برنامه زمانی انجام مراحل مصاحبه، به محل تعیین شده مراجعه نمایند. بدیهی است آن دسته از معرفی شدگانی که در آزمون عملی شرکت ننموده اند حتی در صورت طی مراحل مصاحبه از گزینش نهایی سازمان سنجش حذف خواهند شد.\r\n\r\nد) سایر داوطلبان به شرح ذیل می بایست طبق جدول زمانی به همراه مدارک پذیرش، معاینه پزشکی و انجام مصاحبه در محل مصاحبه حضور یابند. عدم حضور در مهلت مقرر ، به منزله انصراف از تحصیل در رشته های مورد نیاز آموزش و پرورش در دانشگاه http:\/\/tfu.cfu.ac.ir\/ ، شماره تلفن تماس : 34438116\r\n\r\nزمان: روز شنبه مورخ 96\/10\/16 خانم ها از ساعت 8 الی 10 &ndash; آقایان از ساعت 13 الی 15\r\n\r\nتوجه: هریک از داوطلبان معرفی شده برای انجام فرایند مصاحبه، پس از طی احراز صلاحیت بررسی مدارک و مستندات در مرحله پذیرش ، مبلغ 330.000 ریال (سی و سه هزار تومان) به حسابی که در زمان مصاحبه تخصصی از سوی دانشگاه فاطمه الزهرا(س) تبریز اعلام خواهد شد واریز نموده و اصل فیش واریزی را به آن دانشگاه تحویل خواهند نمود.\r\n\r\nتوجه: از داوطلبانی که فاقد شرایط اختصاصی آموزش و پرورش بوده و بدون توجه به ضوابط اعلام شده اقدام به انتخاب رشته نموده اند مصاحبه تخصصی به عمل نخواهد آمد بنابراین این گونه داوطلبان از واریز مبلغ مزبور خود داری نمایند بدیهی است مبلغ واریزی برگشت داده نمی شود.\r\n\r\nتذکر مهم: از معرفی شدگانی مصاحبه تخصصی به عمل خواهد آمد که دارای شرایط و ضوابط مندرج در دفترچه راهنمای انتخاب رشته آزمون سراسری سال 1396 و اطلاعیه های اصلاحی بعدی سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور (کسب نمره علمی کل 6500 و بالاتر در زیرگروه مربوط برای مجاز شدن در انتخاب رشته، داشتن حداقل معدل کل 15 در دوره متوسطه&shy;ی دوم (معدل سه پایه اول، دوم و سوم)، بومی بودن در کد رشته محل انتخابی، برخورداری از سلامت کامل تن و روان و شرایط مناسب جسمانی برای حسن انجام وظیفه معلمی، داشتن حداکثر سن 22 سال تمام در بدو ورود به دانشگاه &laquo;متولدین 74\/07\/01 به بعد&raquo;) باشند در غیر اینصورت انجام مصاحبه، منتفی خواهد بود.\r\n\r\nتبصره: حداقل معدل و حداکثر سن تحت هر شرایطی تغییر نخواهد کرد.\r\n\r\nتبصره): داوطلبان معرفی شده در صورت عدم تمایل به تحصیل در کد رشته محل انتخابی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و دانشگاه تربیت دبیر شهیدرجایی می توانند در زمان انجام مصاحبه با ارائه درخواست کتبی
