• تکنیک های کشت سلول و کشت بافت برای کلون کردن گونه های مختلف گیاهان و باززایی گیاهان تراریخت.
• مطالعه تولید متابولیت های ثانویه و افزایش تولید متابولیت های ثانویه با تکنیک های بیوتکنولوژیکی.
• مطالعه اثرات شرایط نگهداری (دما، نور، pH، ساکارز) و اثرات کوپیگمانت ها روی پایداری آنتوسیانین ها.
• تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده ها
• ژل الکتروفورز
• انتقال ژن
• تست های کمی و کیفی کربوهیدرات ها، لیپید ها، نوکلئیک اسید ها، آمینو اسید ها و پروتئین ها.
• تکنولوژی DNA نوترکیب و مهندسی ژنتیک:
• ایزوله کردن DNA پلامید و به دنبال آن ژل الکتروفورز
• هضم محدود DNA و به دنبال آن ژل الکتروفورز
